Return Policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
Every piece of Inigo Arte is created or prepared with great care.
If you change your mind: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 24 hours: Work on your order has already begun fulfillment; it cannot be changed or canceled.
Custom creations: Once we begin crafting your personalized piece, it becomes uniquely yours and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction matters to us, and each piece is inspected before it leaves our studio.

If something isn’t right: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from its description.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless damaged in transit)
Your Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for return costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
One-of-a-kind promise: Custom-made and personalized art is non-returnable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Processing time: Once approved, we’ll arrange your refund or replacement within 5-10 business days.
Lost In Transit
​​If your Artwork gets lost in Transit.
We ship every order with care, using tracking numbers so you can follow your art’s journey home.
If the carrier says “delivered” but you can’t find it: First, check with neighbors or the carrier, then contact us via my contact form.
Officially lost: If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), we’ll consider it lost.

Resolution: We will gladly replace it at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Limitations: We can’t control delays caused by customs, severe weather, or carrier strikes-but we’ll always do our best to help.
